I wasn’t expecting much, but the taste is actually good. It’s not overly sweet, which I really like, and it mixes smoothly too. It does get a little thick if you don’t use enough water, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me. I also didn’t get that weird chalky texture some shakes have, you know what I mean? Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d definitely buy it again.

I reached out to Herbalife customer service because I had an issue with my order, it took longer than I thought it would to get a clear answer. The first response felt generic, like they literally didn’t read the full question, and it didn’t really fix what I was asking about.
After a couple more messages, they did end up sorting it out, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience overall. It just wasn’t very quick or smooth, and I think it would’ve been a lot better if they paid closer attention the first time.

I’ve tried maybe 3 or 4 of these, and they’re okay overall. The vitamins and protein are decent, so I can see the appeal, but I do wish the ingredient lists were a bit cleaner. A couple of the shakes tasted a little too sweet for me, like they went just a bit heavy on the sweetener.

Ordered from herbalife.com. Easy overall. The site made sense, mostly. Checkout was a bit clunky though. Had to go back once because my cart didn’t update right.
Shipping info was clear enough. Order went through in the end. So yeah, not bad. Just not super smooth either...

I was a little worried the return would turn into a hassle, but it ended up being easy. I got my refund without any issues, which was a relief

I started using Herbalife a few months ago to help with weight management, mostly having the shakes in the morning and then trying to make better food choices the rest of the day.
i did lose some weight. It wasn’t anything super fast or dramatic, but it was steady enough that I noticed a difference. The biggest thing for me was that it helped cut down on my snacking, which has always been my main problem.
I’m giving it 4 stars because, some of the flavors are a little too sweet for me, and it can get pricey after a while. But overall, it worked decent for me and helped me stay more consistent.

I ordered from herbalife.com for the first time, the shipping gave me a bad first impression. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking just sat there with no updates for days, so I had no clue what was going on with my package.

When it finally showed up, the box was kind of beat up too. The products themselves were fine, but the whole delivery experience was frustrating enough that I’m not sure I’d bother ordering online again

My distributor was easy to get ahold of and explained things in a way that actually made sense. There was one reply that took a bit longer than I expected, but overall I felt helped... and not like I was being pushed into anything

I started drinking Herbalife shakes a few weeks ago, my biggest concern was how my stomach would handle them. I tried two shakes and, to me, that was enough of a sign. They seemed to work okay, but I got bloated afterward, so I’m just going with my gut on this one and not continuing.

I’ve been happy with the stuff I’ve bought. The products hold up and last me a decent while, so I don’t feel like I’m wasting money. That said, my gut reaction is still that the prices run a bit high sometimes. Shipping was smooth enough, and overall I like them enough that I’ll probably keep ordering here and there...

I gave these shakes a try, but they didn’t feel like a great deal for the price. The sugar and protein seemed kind of off balance, like it was sweet enough but not filling enough, if that makes sense. I drank one and was still hungry not long after, so it just didn’t really work for me.
